1. About this service

Mosaic is a free suite of study tools that helps GP registrars prepare for the MRCGP. It includes spaced-repetition flashcards, AKT question writing with AI feedback, a connection notebook, curriculum coverage tracking, and community features for sharing and discussing questions. It is a personal project built by Dom Patterson and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Royal College of General Practitioners (RCGP) or NHS England.

2. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Mosaic, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

3. AI-generated content

Mosaic uses artificial intelligence (Anthropic's Claude) to review questions and generate feedback. This AI-generated content is provided for educational purposes only. It is important that you understand:

• AI feedback may contain errors, including errors in clinical content, guideline references, and statistical reasoning
• AI-generated reviews do not constitute medical advice, clinical guidance, or validated exam material
• You should always verify clinical information against current, authoritative sources such as NICE guidelines, the BNF, and RCGP curriculum materials
• The questions generated and reviewed through this tool are not official RCGP exam questions and may not reflect the format, difficulty, or content of the actual AKT

4. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must provide a valid email address and accurate information when creating an account. You may not create an account on behalf of someone else without their permission.

5. Content you create

You retain ownership of the questions, notes, and comments you create. By publishing a question to the community bank, you grant other registered users permission to view, answer, and discuss it. You can unpublish a question at any time.

You agree not to post content that is:

• Copied from copyrighted exam materials (such as actual AKT questions or question bank content you do not own)
• Offensive, discriminatory, or harassing
• Deliberately misleading with the intent to cause harm
• Containing identifiable patient information (real or based on real cases with identifying details)

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.

6. Community conduct

The community features (question bank, discussions) exist to support peer learning. Please be respectful, constructive, and professional in your interactions. Comments should focus on the educational content. We reserve the right to remove comments or suspend accounts that violate these standards.

7. Availability and changes

Mosaic is provided free of charge with no guarantee of availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes in advance.

8. Limitation of liability

Mosaic is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any clinical decisions made based on content generated by or through this tool
• We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the service, including loss of data
• We are not liable for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated feedback
• We are not liable for any consequences of exam preparation using this tool, including exam results

9. Data and privacy

Your use of Mosaic is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting hello@mosaicgp.app. We may also terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
