A short overview of what's next for Mosaic. These tools aren't built yet — this page exists so you know what's on the way and roughly when.
The Simulated Consultation Assessment is the second part of MRCGP — twelve consultations, mostly with simulated patients. Writing your own SCA cases is a good way to think through how a presentation might unfold across data-gathering, clinical management, and relational dimensions.
The plan: a structured case authoring tool with prompts for the consultation arc, AI feedback on whether the case is markable against the SCA marking grid, and a community library so you can practise cases written by other registrars.
Estimated build: summer 2026.
Lightweight diagrams for clinical reasoning — a way to draw out the relationships between presentations, differentials, investigations, and management plans. Useful for the topics where the value isn't in memorising a list but in seeing how pieces connect.
Built on Mermaid so the diagrams stay declarative and version-friendly. Linked to flashcards and questions so you can drill from a node on the map straight into the underlying material.
Estimated build: late 2026.
